IMPORTANT NOTE

*For Italian Sponsors or Sponsored Groups from Italy, the AIFA dossier should be submitted no later than 7^th December 2024. Please contact the secretariat for details on the Italian Agency handling the AIFA pre-request. The Organising Secretariat will provide all the required documents by 17^th November 2024. The procedure must be completed by sponsor companies by 7^th December 2024 and officially communicated to the Organising Secretariat.
