Hotel Reservations

Deadline for hotel reservation is 30th May 2021. After this date room reservations cannot be guaranteed.
Please book your hotel accommodation as early as possible in order to secure your stay.
Hotel rooms can be reserved and booked directly through our website (on-line payment by credit card is in a secure certificate mode).
Please note that hotel rooms will be confirmed once payment has been received (amount of the entire length of stay). Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. An invoice, which serves as confirmation of your accommodation booking, will be sent to you upon receipt of the payment. In case of no-show, the deposit is not refundable, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation or modification of accommodation booking must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Publi Créations (
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
> Up to 2 months prior the beginning of the congress 50% of the price.
> After 2 months prior the beginning of the congress 100% of the price
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress
