Payments must be made ​​in Euro by one of the following methods:

The payment transfer should be net of all charges to our Company and it should clearly state the “18th IFMAD Congress”.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

How To Cancel

Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Publi Créations (ifmad@publicreations.com):

  • Cancellations will be accepted up to Monday, 03 June 2019, with a refund of the registration fee paid minus a 30% administration charge. All amounts will be settled after the meeting.
  • After Monday, 03 June 2019 no refunds will be made and all name changes will be invoiced € 36.
